Meet Chef Mary — The Heart Behind Big Mama’s Kitchen Kreationz

 

Big Mama’s Kitchen Kreationz LLC was built from a lifelong love of cooking, family, and feeding people food they’ll remember.

 

My love for the kitchen started when I was around 11 or 12 years old, watching my mother, father, aunties, granny, and other family members cook. One of the first meals I remember making was simple — rice and eggs — but that little beginning sparked something much bigger.

 

By 15, I knew cooking was what I wanted to do.

 

Over the years, I’ve gained more than 37 years of experience in the food industry, learning, creating, and putting my own twist on the food I grew up loving. In 2019, that passion became Big Mama’s Kitchen Kreationz LLC.

 

For me, food is more than something you eat. I want to make the kind of food you think about later — the kind that makes you smile, hum a little song, rub those toes together, and say, “Baby, that was GOOD!” 😂

 

Whether I’m preparing a catered event, a plate of home-style comfort food, one of my gourmet cookies, or one of Big Mama’s desserts, the goal is always the same:
